A mini mid-century makeover for a fiver

To coincide with their British Design Season celebrating British post-war design, the V&A shop has just launched these teatowels featuring a range of designs from the 1940s and 50s. Designed and manufactured in Britain, at the bargain price of just a fiver they are priced to allow you to stock up on several and give your kitchen a mini mid-century makeover.

The range includes designs for Edinburgh Weavers Ltd who played an important role in the development of directional British textile design and whose fabrics feature throughout the current exhibition British Design 1948-2012.
