Jaguar launches design competition for Clerkenwell
Jaguar, the headline sponsor of Clerkenwell Design Week for the past three years, have launched a competition to find an unsung or up-and-coming British designer to create a concept idea for a wrap which will cover the new F-TYPE Coupé to be exhibited at this year's Clerkenwell festival.
The competition offers a unique opportunity for the winning designer to collaborate with the one of the UK's leading luxury brands. As well as appearing as one of the main focal points of this year's Clerkenwell Design Week the car will also be presented at other Jaguar events later in the year.
Here's how to enter
Create a concept based on the idea of 'fearless design' in one image, and then share it on either Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #FearlessDesign and including 140 characters on the inspiration behind your design.
The competition closes on 21 April and the winning design will be chosen by Jaguar's Director of Design, Ian Callum. The winner will then work with Jaguar's design team to develop the idea further into a fully fledged wrap which will be brought to life on the F-TYPE Coupé at Clerkenwell Design Week from 20-22 May 2014.
