Botanical #02
I’m no photographer. I got my first digital SLR a while back and I’m still trying to figure out what half of the buttons are for. I don’t do instruction manuals. I prefer to work things out myself through trial, error and frustration. It’s a slow approach. I take a lot of photos. Most of them are rubbish because the composition isn’t well considered or the light is too poor. Just occasionally though I take a picture that I’m happy with, one that I think works. This is one of those photos.

I love the light and airy feel of this photo! The pink tones are beautiful and the flowers are gorgeous – are they ranunculus? They look lovely displayed in the jars. Di.

this is a fabulous photo helen– i'm very much the same way– manuals and too much technical info drive me bananas. sooner or later after many shots– something lovely comes about!
