Style Radar | March
I used to write a regular monthly Style Radar post rounding up some of my favourite new designs here on Design Hunter each month, but it’s something I haven’t done for a while now. With so many brands launching new designs at this time of year Spring is definitely a good time to share a few snippets though, so I’m revisiting the format. From kitchen storage to terrazzo here are a few things that have caught my eye this month.
1 The Haberdasher’s Pantry by deVol
First up, deVol have just released their Haberdasher’s cupboard in a new finish. Sheer Stocking White is a one coat tinted oil finish that gives a beautiful pale wash to the oak. Perfect for simple, natural interiors with a neutral colour palette. It works perfectly here with traditional shaker style units but would also provide an interesting contrast in a more pared back contemporary minimalist kitchen. An heirloom piece.

2 new modular sofa collection by Ferm Living
Ferm Living have launched their first modular sofa. Generously proportioned with relaxed styling and homely soft curves the Catena collection has six modules that can be individually configured to suit your space.

3. K-12 Terrazzo from Otto Tiles

We’re increasingly moving beyond white as the default colour in the bathroom, and not just for tiles and flooring. I visited KBB earlier this week and there was lots of evidence of coloured basins, baths and WCs too.
The bold black chips and harmonious neutral tones in this fresh pastel green terrazzo from Otto Tiles will add interest, texture and depth. Pared here with a concrete basin by Kast and black tap from Drench they don’t overwhelm though – the resulting look is contemporary and understated.
