Patio pieces

I hope I’m not tempting fate by saying this, but if the weather forecasters are to be believed, we may at last be in for a decent run of warm, sunny weather this week. And it is June, so this month Design Hunter’s focus turns to outdoor living.

I came across this collection of rattan furniture by Danish company Cane-line at Clerkenwell Design Week, where it was displayed in the peaceful oasis of the Order of St John garden and its surrounding cloisters (above).

Here’s a taster of the range. I particularly like the accompanying side table – a versatile little piece which has a handle so that it can be moved around easily and a detachable top that can be used as a tray.
