The Copenhagen portable wireless & speaker by Vifa

Audiophiles will ridicule me for making this assertion I know, but when it comes to creating audio equipment that’s designed to appeal to a female customer base there is a lot to be said for making your product look like a handbag.

Vifa have done just that with their soon to be released Copenhagen portable wireless and speaker, (and the Bang and Olufsen Beolit 12 immediately springs to mind as another example.)

The Copenhagen comes in a choice of six vibrant fashion conscious colours and is ‘upholstered’ in a specially woven textured fabric from Kvadrat, which contrasts against the smooth, matte, polished aluminium frame.

I can’t speak for the quality of the sound as I haven’t tried one out, but it’s understated Nordic style certainly ticks all the boxes in the looks department.
