Superfront launch a new collection of wood veneer fronts for IKEA cabinets

Swedish brand Superfront, who specialise in creating custom IKEA kitchen doors, cover panels and other elements to enable you personalise your furniture, have just launched The Wood Collection – a series of new designs available with either a plain or vertical ribbed finish.

The thin ash veneers are finished in a UV resistant lacquer and available in 6 different shades – Thunder, Cloudy, Willow, Umber, Biscotti and Alabaster. Designed to fit IKEA’s Metod, Pax and Bestå base cabinets they offer an easy way to add a more individual look to kitchen cupboards, wardrobes or sideboards.

I’m always drawn to colours that sit harmoniously within their environment, rather than dominating it, and I love the calm, soft, muted palette the team at Superfront have chosen for this beautifully styled collection of IKEA cupboard doors.

Solid ash wooden handles are also available, so they can be used to update an existing piece of furniture you already own or to create a complete concept for a new kitchen.
